A Dance Therapy/Psychology major and performer in college, I bring the knowledge and versatility of flexibility, agility, mobility, strength and stability to my fitness classes, sharing a blend of dance, martial arts and the healing arts. Embrace AbunDance invites participants to find their individual “edge” and level of fitness with my guidance to actively condition and heal their bodies. An invitation to develop, explore and maintain a relationship with your “now” body and its unique abilities creates systemic resonance and encourages fitness through sensory movement, mindfulness and purpose.
